With “Instant Grams” you don’t feed more; but rather more of what you feed is used. You will notice that babies become quieter and sleep longer between feeds as the caloric needs are efficiently met. This enables your baby bird to grow faster.
Administration
- Prepare your hand feeding formula as normal. (Measure amount to be fed, and heat to proper feeding temperature.
- Measure proper amount of “Instant Grams” and add to hand feeding formula, mixing thoroughly. If the mixture becomes too thick add a little warm water.

Hints on Feeding Babies
To hand feed baby parrots adding Spirulina and Instant Grams to the feeding formula.
Add one level teaspoon of pure Spirulina to 1 kg packet of hand rearing food. Use the following successful formula:
1 teaspoon hand rearing food of your choice to 1 teaspoon Instant Grams. As you need to increase the amount of formula to feed the growing bird simply keep adding just 1 teaspoon Instant Grams until the bird is almost ready to miss the midday feed and start eating on it’s own.
