Administration

• Prepare your hand feeding formula as normal. (Measure amount to be fed, and heat to proper feeding temperature.
• Measure proper amount of “Instant Grams” and add to hand feeding formula, mixing thoroughly. If the mixture becomes too thick add a little warm water.

Hints on Feeding Babies

To hand feed baby parrots adding Spirulina and Instant Grams to the feeding formula.

Add one level teaspoon of pure Spirulina to 1 kg packet of hand rearing food. Use the following successful formula:

1 teaspoon hand rearing food of your choice to 1 teaspoon Instant Grams. As you need to increase the amount of formula to feed the growing bird simply keep adding just 1 teaspoon Instant Grams until the bird is almost ready to miss the midday feed and start eating on it’s own.
